Aimee Stiefel, MA, LPC, LCMHC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University and have dedicated my career to providing therapy and consultation to individuals, couples, and families.
My areas of expertise include parenting challenges, attention and focus difficulties (including ADHD), anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, couples and marriage counseling, and issues related to retirement and life transitions. I take a goal-oriented, solution-focused approach, working collaboratively with clients to develop practical strategies that foster growth and well-being.

Lauren Gallagher, MA LPC, NCC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University and have worked in the mental health field since 2015. I have provided individual, couples and family therapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, grief and loss, or adjusting to a life change. I understand how unique we all are and operate from a person-centered approach in order to work in collaboration with you to create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals. No matter what you are struggling with, I am here to provide you with therapy that is meaningful for you and your needs.

Katie Brown, MA LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University. I specialize in providing therapy to children/adolescents and work with parents to implement long lasting changes. I have been a therapist since 2010 and have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with anxiety, autism, depression, ADHD, and behavioral problems.
I believe in developing a strong therapeutic rapport with clients, and I use a collaborative approach to reach goals. Treatment is individualized with Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Behavioral Therapy principles used as a foundation.

Michaela Fite, MS, LAPC
I’m a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree from Rosemont College and am currently working under supervision toward independent licensure. I specialize in supporting adults experiencing challenges related to depression, anxiety, and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based techniques, and person-centered counseling. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel empowered to explore your experiences, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.

I have received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rosemont College and am currently pursuing my Independent License. Since 2021, I have had the opportunity of working with individuals and families to provide counseling services to those who may be seeking additional support with, anxiety, depression, everyday life stressors, life changes and PTSD.

I’m a graduate student intern from Capella University pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and adults navigating depression, anxiety, neurodivergence/ADHD, family transitions (e.g., divorce, blended families), and identity/self-esteem concerns. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing primarily from Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I integrate strengths-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and provide collaboration with caregivers and other supports to provide comprehensive care.
